If like me you love your champagne but being one of the Middle Squeezed cannot afford to indulge in the finer sparkling wines, then you will love this French wine by Cremant de Limoux. Produced in the South of France the same way Champagne is, its perfect mixed with Creme de Cassis for Kir Royale cocktails or with peach puree to make delish Bellinis.
